Only Biblical wisdom can overcome the onslaught of an enemy that wants to discourage and destroy us. Proverbs conveys a conversation between father and son for the purpose of developing character. We can hear the words but inclining our hearts to receive requires greater effort and a crying out to God. We are mining for hidden treasure when it comes to wisdom and simultaneously being saved from the crooked paths. How hard are you willing to dig?
