Here in Acts chapter twelve, persecution is arising as Paul and Barnabas are teamed together and pouring into the Believers in Antioch. The church is growing in power and influence as the persecution becomes more intense. Herod is King and is harassing the church. He has put James to death and has now seized the Apostle Peter. The stage is set as we follow Pastor Lloyd in this book of the early church in the face of tremendous persecution.
