This beloved chapter of the Bible, on love, interestingly was a mild rebuke from the Apostle Paul to a church that was full of envy and lacking in mature love for each other. Love is on display here, above prophecy, above knowledge and faith. Love rejoices with the truth, loves its enemy, is not easily manipulated, while it hopes and endures. This is the reset button for today's cancel culture when you've forgotten what genuine love is.
